This cute jacket features fluffy puff sleeves that then narrow into a slim fit. The sleeves feature a lace-up design. While the lace-up is a design feature and cannot be adjusted, the underlying shirred sleeves allow for a snug fit. The lace-up at the back waist can actually be tightened.
