Color variations are listed in-store based on axes femme’s original color labels. This means it is entirely possible that products may have different shades despite using the same color label.

Size labels are provided only for reference, and may differ slightly from product to product. Please refer to the measurement information when purchasing items.

We do our best to make sure the product photos are as accurate as possible. Please be aware, however, that certain screen configurations may slightly alter the colors in the images.

Purchasing Items

Unfortunately, no. In the case that an item is sold out on this store, even if you find it available somewhere else, it is not possible to reserve or order the item here.

A product may be unlisted from our store due to being sold out, discontinued, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders for items no longer listed on the store.

Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Shipping is handled by the international shipping service DHL.

Shipping fee is automatically calculated on the checkout page, based on the products added to the cart along with the entered shipping address. Please refer to the checkout page for the detailed shipping fee.

After the payment is completed, it should take within 3 business days to process and ship out your order.
