Inspired by the chenille yarn dolls and mascot keychains trending in Korea, we've brought the bead-eyed characters out to enjoy summer, all decked out in swimsuits, sunglasses, and floaty rings! The colorful pattern is a nostalgic callback to good old Y2K. The bust of the dress is decorated with gingham check frills. The neck straps and waist ribbon are all detachable. With a stretchy gathered seam all around just below the bust, this dress can even be worn without a pannier and still remain cute & casual.
