I paired a soft, cotton frill skirt with a cute lace blouse for a relaxed, casual, and girly all-white look 🤍
The skirt has an elastic waistband, making it very comfortable to wear!
For balance, I folded the waistband once this time! (But it doesn't look too bulky◎)
