Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with their original tags attached.
To start a return, you can use the return portal.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges made for personal reasons. We may also apply a separate service fee for special requests.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and submit a request to our return portal immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we have confirmed the issue, if you choose to return or exchange the defective item, we will cover the shipping costs and handling fees.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We may decline returns on the following items:

Promotional items (ex. Happy Boxes or their individual contents)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll contact you in more detail regarding the refund or replacement process.
In the event of a refund, we will only issue a refund to the original payment method.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal for Shipments to the European Union
For orders shipped to the EU (European Union), in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers may be able to withdraw from the contract for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product, with the exception of certain excluded items.
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please contact us using our designated method within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note that we will determine whether a return or refund is possible based on the condition of the returned item and applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges made at your request. Furthermore, we may charge a separate fee for special requests.
The following items may be excluded from withdrawal, return, or exchange due to legal exceptions or our store policy:

Items manufactured or processed according to your specifications, or items that are clearly personalized

Items unsuitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, where the seal or hygiene sticker has been opened or damaged

Items that have been used beyond the scope necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, or fit of the item
(e.g., outdoor wear, washing, contact with perfume, cosmetics, or body odor, staining, damage, missing accessories, removal of tags, etc.) -
Any other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable laws
We will inspect the condition of returned products. If the product’s value has diminished due to use exceeding what is necessary, we may reduce the refund amount. Additionally, we may not accept returns or issue refunds in cases permitted by law. When returning a product, we may ask you to provide proof of purchase (such as an order number).
