With the hem sewn together in the center, to be worn with both legs through each opening, these pants create a voluminous outline reminiscent of the hakama worn by samurai.
It's designed with top tucking in mind, even coming with belt loops.
When laid flat, it may look a certain way; once worn, its three-dimensional silhouette may surprise you.
With a structure that leaves space on the inside, you'll find these pants much easier to move in than its looks would suggest, along with its breathability making it comfortable to wear.
As for the fabric's features, it's textured like the characteristic brushstroke-like striped look of kasuri woven cloth.
We've made the deliberate choice to use materials that represent the modern days alongside elements from historic eras.
