This pannier has lining that keeps the organdy fabric away from your skin, making it comfortable to wear. The lining layer is also made with a wide hem, so that whenever you need a bit more volume, you can layer it with other panniers without constricting them. Its elastic waist comes with adjustment straps that you can tie for a snug fit. Available in white and black to suit your outfits' needs.
