This petticoat allows you to adjust the volume and length by letting chiffon ruffles or lace peek out from the hem of the skirt.
The waist is fully elasticized, and the size is the same for both S and M sizes. It comes in two sizes with only the length differing.
S size is mid-length, and M size is midi-length.

Two tiers of chiffon ruffles create a light and airy design.
The upper tier is adorned with delicate tulle lace for added elegance.
