This petticoat is useful for adding length or adjusting the volume of a skirt, by letting the frills peek out from the hem of the skirt. Made with our Organdy Pannier in mind, this pettiskirt is easily wide and flared enough to accommodate your desired bell-shaped silhouette.
Please note that there may be individual differences (e.g. some color deviation) from previously produced items of the same design, due to the manufacturing lot of the fabric.

This skirt is worn under other skirts to prevent it from being see-through, and to adjust the length and volume.
